GRID7 Customs, a Kerala based modifier has built the Royal Enfield Himalayan, adding few bits like custom exhaust, green body shade, altering seats and headlight of the motorcycle to help it achieve the exclusivity with much ease. They have mainly concentrated on exhaust systems and this one was built for better performance too.

They first removed the extra mudguard that was placed under the headlight. The tank grill, instrument console and even the front headlight was removed for the custom setup. After adjusting new clamps and fittings, the motorcycle got a tyre makeover. The front 21 inch was replaced with 18 inch rim with 110/80 section rubber. The new rim at the back now supports 140/70-17 tyre for better looks and traction. After removing the tail piece, the number plate was attached to the left portion of swingarm. The motorcycle was fully repainted into Matt Forest Green and the stock exhaust was replaced with under seat unit with dual outlets.
