Bangalore Jawa Yezdi Motorcycle Club (BJYMC) is a group of 600+ riders (100+ active riders) who ride Jawa, Yezdi Model B, Yezdi Classic, Yezdi 350, Yezdi Roadking, CZ bikes. Established in 2007, the founders of the club are Amrit Appaiah, Lokesh JM, Brian Ammanna and John Samuel, and admins are Roshan Kamat, Jose Martin and Amit Datta. With a tag line of 'Forever Bike Forever Bikers', the club organizes rides and meetups regularly.
BJYMC had organised an annual event called ‘Malnad Diaries’ in which various Jawa / Yezdi riders from across the state attended this 3 day event which was held in the Malnad region of Karnataka. Each year, the members of the club make it a point to visit a local school or orphanage in the region to spend time with the children and contribute basis necessities. The ride, in its fourth year has become a must attend event not just to socialize but also give back to the society. On August 15 each year, members of BJYMC ride to celebrate Independence Day and also give back to the society. For the past two years, the club has been visiting an orphanage on the outskirts of the city to celebrate Independence Day along with the children from the local government school.
