Eastern Bulls, Kolkata is a group of 100+ bikers who ride only Royal Enfield bikes. Founded in February 2003, Indrajeet Sen/ Arijit Bhattcharya are the President/Moderator and Faisal Chowdhary is the Moderator of the club. With a tag line of 'Wandering Wheels', the club members have rode across highways, metalled road and dirt tracks. Eastern Bulls has done some major rides, like an All India Ride in 2003, riding to the Highest Motorable road in the World-The KhardungLa-Ladakh in 2006, 2009, 2010. Members have also done rides to almost all parts in India on their motorcycle like Goa, Nagpur, Hyderabad, Kanyakumari, Ooty, Mumbai, Delhi and North East. EB has also crossed the International Borders to Bhutan for an Indo-Bhutan friendship ride and also to Nepal in 2009, 2010 & 2012. They have also done a major ride in 2013, to the North East covering Seven Sisters paying tribute to Border Road Organisation (BRO). Eastern Bulls held the biggest Bullet festival in India – The Rider Mania (RM) in 2011. All their rides have been memorable and the club believes that 'Brotherhood is What We Preach and Riding IS Our Prayer'.
The club members actively participate in charity event like blood donation camps, helmet awareness programs, social safety rides, safe riding and distribution of sweets to underprivileged children and are associated with FREESET, CINI (Child In Need Institute), IICP (Indian Institute of Celebral Palsy) and Kolkata Police. The club firmly believes in the freedom of expression that riding offers and encourages its members to cross all social and cultural barriers to build strong biker fraternity.
