Ameen Shareeff, a solo rider from Vishakhapatnam is riding across 29 Indian states, 3 UT's, Bhutan and Nepal for a unique cause 'It's Time To Speak Out Mard' - against domestic violence on men. He started his journey on January 24, 2017 and will be covering a distance of approx. 35000+ kms in 4 months on his Royal Enfield Electra.

He says that he was himself a victim of domestic violence but could not come ahead and speak about it due to society barriers. He says that there are many men in the society who have had such bitter experiences but could never come forward as there is no support from our Indian Constitution , No Law , No NGO, No legal platform to support men who are in trouble and victims of Domestic Violence ( Physical Abuse, Emotional Abuse, Verbal Abuse, Financial Abuse etc.).
Through his ride, he is spreading awareness to the masses that if you are a victim then speakout to your near and dear ones and try to sort out the issue and wants to make a humble request to the law makers to have Domestic Violence Act to Be VICTIM based,  and Not GENDER Based.
Across his journey he faced many difficulties in terms of health, bike repaits, weather conditions and tough road conditions but nothing stopped him. He has met some wonderful people across the course of his ride who have supported him in all possible ways. He has made many real friends and brothers all across India, Nepal  Bhutan and has closely seen how beautiful our country is, people, culture, food and realized that love is everywhere.
Throttle Team wishes him good luck for this ride!
