Julin Boruah, aka Wildlife Warrior, a passionate rider from Assam is on a noble cause.  He is riding for Pan India Save Rhino Awareness Campaign on his Royal Enfield 350 Bullet. The campaign is about the successful Conservation Story of Kaziranga National Park in terms of Rhino conservation.  It is also a fight against Poaching in National Front and about recognition of forest officials in our day to day life. Our forest officials across the country without any good infrastructure, weapons and vehicles are the wildlife warriors fighting against poaching, smuggling of trees. They are truly the unsung heroes of our country.

He is on a Solo ride across 29 states, covering a distance of 25,000+ kms. A former corporate in the telecom sector, he began his ride on March 25, 2018 and his ride was flagged off by then Forest Minister of Assam. He has covered 16000+ kms, riding through Southern and Western part of India and will cover the Northen part soon. It was initially planned for 90 days but 145+ days have already passed.
His wife and son have been a constant source of motivation to him. During the campaign, he had lots of moral support from the people of our country. The Forest Departments across have supported him with accommodation, right from Andhra Pradesh and it's going on till now. The biking/riding fraternity have been a big support throughout India. As he was not a biker before, they still supported him and provided love to the campaign, in the true spirit of humanity. He has got appreciation from the PMO in the year 2016 for the campaign. He has been to IIT Kharagpur for awareness campaign , religious places and educational institutions of our country to spread awareness. He has interacted at public places with the tourists as well as people of our nation. People across the world have supported him via Social Media.
It is a self funded campaign but he has taken some loans from Khan community and help from Anupam Deka , an entrepreneur in Assam. Since one horned rhinos are rare species of the world, he aims to request PMO in intervention of Indian Army for training forest officials to become self sufficient to tackle Jungle warfare, satellite tracking of Rhinos, revision of salary structure of forest officials, stop illegal trade of wildlife and poaching.
He has funding issues and wishes people should work with dedicated forest officials for well being of wildlife. He would like to request Mr Rohit Sharma, Indian Cricket team Vice Captain to have a look at Indian Rhinos poaching issues too as he is doing a wonderful job by promoting South African Rhinos. He would also request the Diva of Indian Cinema - Respected Diya Mirza to support Rhino conservation of one horned in Assam India, as she is also doing a great job for Kenyan Rhinos.
Throttle Team wishes him good luck in his endeavour!
