Prashobh I L , a passionate biker from Kerala who resides in Thiruvananthapuram is on All India,Nepal and Bhutan ride.  A software engineer by profession, he quit his job for doing this long trip. He prefers solo riding as he enjoys his own company, but he also rides in groups some times.

He started his ride on August 5, 2017 from Trivandram and has rode across Kerala, Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Goa, Maharashtra, Daman, Gujarat, Diu, Rajasthan, UP, Haryana, Punjab, Leh-Ladakh, Manali, then again crossed Rohtang Pass to do Spiti Valley and reached Chandigarh on his 2009 Hero Honda Karizma bike. He is curently in Kathmandu, Nepal. So far he has travelled a distance of 12,000+ kms in 108 days and plans to do another 8,000+kms. The main purpose of his ride is to explore our home country and that too on his very own Karizma. He wishes to  visit atleast one place in every state and Union territory.

The main motivation for the ride is definitely from his fellow rider friends and he feels that we need a strong reason whether it is +ve or -ve in our life that will spark you to do this kind of adventure. His experiences on road and the people whom he has met so far are positive, and he can definitely say that each day is an experience different from the previous one. While riding from Kaza to Rekong Peo, he reached a place called Hurling Village, where he saw a house where apple packing was going on and he asked a woman standing there whether he could get some apples. She gave him some apples and when asked for price, she said it was free and also offereed him more breakfast and apples. It is one of the most memorable days of his trip.

The message he wants  to give to the people is that when you are riding please take care of yourselves and wear helmets during each ride, and for people who are doing long distance rides, please use necessary safety gears like riding jacket, knee guards etc... to take good care of yourselves. Ride safe and make it memorable....
