Honda Is All Set For ARRC In Chennai

Madras Motor Racing Track (MMRT) is all set to host the upcoming Round 5 of the Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC) from today (22nd September to 24th September). A total of 22 riders will be competing in the Honda One Make Race’s final round in Chennai. 


To maintain their dominance, Honda 2Wheelers India has roped in Indian riders Sarath Kumar and Rajiv Sethu to represent the RAMA Honda team. It should be noted that they are the only Indians featured in the ARRC. The Indian duo will be participating in the SuperSports 600cc class and the Asia Production 250cc class, respectively. 


Sarath Kumar will lead from the front for the Honda 2Wheelers India team. The 24-year-old is a two-time Honda One Make Race Champion. He’s also the first Indian rider to participate in the 125GP and Moto-3 CEV Championship. He will contest in the Super Sports 600cc segment riding the Honda CBR600RR. Honda has entrusted Rajiv Sethu (bike # 17) to participate in the ARRC and Thai Talent Cup. The upcoming talent is known for his aggressive riding style and rich technical background. He will be participating in the Asia Production 250cc class aboard the Honda CBR250RR.
