Husqvarna unveiled a concept bike alongside finally rolling out production models at EICMA show in Milan, Italy. The Husqvarna Vitpilen 401 Aero is little more than a 401 Vitpilen in fancy clothes, but Husqvarna and design firm Kiska have done a great job using it to show just what a great platform they've created for customization. The Aero adds an aerodynamic fairing and little windscreen and a fancy little tail piece, but the look is completely different than the Vitpilen that will soon be hitting sales floors.
Aero is powered by a 375cc single-cylinder engine delivering a respectable 44hp. Husqvarna Vitpilen 401 Aero Concept comes with ABS, WP suspension, and slippery clutch. The braking system is provided by Bybre (the Indian Brembo Division), which means that the whole bike might be built in India. This bike is expected to go into production by 2018.
