Rosalynn Lianhmingthangi from Aizawl, Mizoram is a passionate lady rider who loves to ride. As a child, she was fascinated with motor bikes and decided that she would ride them as soon as she could. As a young girl, a friend of hers taught her how to ride and she has been riding ever since.
Even though the culture is very open in many ways, her relatives were very conservative regarding her passion for riding bikes since she was a girl and there were not many female riders in her state. Moreover, the few female riders that were, were regarded as tomboys and were not looked up to. But now things have changed and her relatives have started appreciating and supporting her in her passion.
The first bike that she owned was a Bajaj Pulsar 180. It was fun riding the bike for a while but she wanted to face bigger challenges so she decided to ride the Bullet Classic 350. After owning the Bullet Classic 350, she joined the Aizawl Thunders and has been on many rides inside and outside the state of Mizoram.
Speaking of her momorable rides, she says that all rides with Aizawl Thunders family have been memorable and exciting. In 2017 she rode to Nepal from Aizawl for the 9th Enfield Rendezvous and Poker Run (2017) and also to Tawang which are some of her most memorable achievements. She started to attend NORTHEAST RIDERS MEET since 2011, and hasn't missed a single meet since then. She has attended RIDER MANIA and some other Riders meets too. She loves to explore new places and meet different types of people, so she is planning for another great ride soon.
A special message she would like to give fellow bikers is to remember, Safety First, Obey Traffic Rules and be a blessing for all.
