Vaishali Bhagat- Master, an active and veteran rider from Jaipur, Rajasthan is riding since last 20 years. An architect by profession, her work made her visit sites and travel to different cities so she started riding bikes. She loves to ride to various destinations regularly.
She used to ride Gujarat Narmada 150 Prince scooter, then her husband's Hero Honda Splendour but when the decision came to own her own bike she got a Honda Unicorn Dazzler. She chose this bike for its sporty look and wanted a sturdy bike. Currently she rides the Royal Enfield bike.
Her most memorable ride was in July 2015 with her son Abhishek Master. As he was going abroad for higher studies, she went on a ride with him to Kutch, Gujarat, where they spent an amazing time with each other for 7 days, exploring the unexplored.
She would like to give a special message to Riders - Follow norms, Wear helmet & gears, Respect the roads. Be cautious, but sometimes dare to take chances. Travel light and eat light.
On the current biking scenario, she says that Throttle & Social media have changed everything all over India and other countries. Due to this, riding community is more connected now. It has became easy to ride in any part of world. With internet, google maps it has become easy to explore new places.. One needs to be just calm and ride safe.
She is in India Book of Records for West to East Group Bike Expedition (Female), where she along with 3 female riders completed a distance of 5473.8 km, riding from West Kutch, Gujrat to east Tezu in Arunachal Pradesh. She has also received Long Distance Riders Certification at age of 47 for an easy ride of 805 kms in 12 hours.
