The Round 1 of Indian National Racing Championship was conducted from June 8 – June 11, 2017, at the Kari Motor Speedway racing track in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.The results for various categories are : -
National Championship: Super Sport Indian (up to 165cc)
In race 1, which was a 6-lap race, Rajiv Sethu from Honda Ten10 Racing with total lap time of 07:53.415 (mins:secs.millisec) clocked the first position; Mathana Kumar from Honda Ten10 Racing with total lap time of 07:53.947 timed second, and Harry Sylvester from TVS Racing finished third with total lap time of 07:56.935. Race 2 was of 15 laps in which Jagan Kumar from TVS Racing secured pole position with total lap time of 19:08.883; Mathana Kumar S of Honda Ten 10 Racing secured second position with total lap time of 19:11.374, and KY Ahamed from TVS Racing finished third with total lap time of 19:53.750.
Pro-Stock (up to 165cc)
Race 1 was a 6-lap race in which Mithun Kumar PK from Honda Ten10 Racing knocked the pole position with total lap time of 08:17.120; Soorya PM racing from Honda Ten10 Racing bagged second position with total lap time of 08:19.870, and Yashas RL racing for Rockers Racing finished third with total lap time of 08:25.485. Race 2 was of 15 laps, in whichMithun Kumar PK from Honda Ten10 Racing knocked pole position recording a total lap time of 20:07.186), B. Aravind from Honda Ten10 Racing bagged second position with total lap time of 20:08.278, while Aravind Ganesh from Chennai finished third with total lap time of 20:14.774.
Super Sport Indian (300-400cc) -
Only one race was conducted in the Super Sport category which comprised of 15 laps. Amarnath Menon from Gusto Racing clocked first position with total lap time of 18:56.817, Kishoar VS from Apex Racing Academy secured second position with total lap time of 18:58.897 and Anthony Peter from Kingdom Motorsports finished third with total lap time of 19:16.375.
Stock (up to 165cc) -
The race comprised of 10 laps in which Anup Kumar M from RACR bagged the pole position with total lap time of 14:35.212, Amala Jerald A racing for Honda Ten10 Racing secured second position with total lap time of 14:39.447 while Sri Rahil Pillarishetty from Sparks Racing finished third with total lap time of 14:41.270.

The race consisted of 10 laps in which Rajiv Sethu from Honda Ten10 Racing came first with total lap time of 13:23.802, Amit Richard Topno from Pro-lap Racing secured second position with total lap time of 13:31.060) and B Aravind from Honda Ten10 Racing finished third with total lap time of 13:32.938.
CBR 150 (Novice) -
The race comprised of 8 laps where Satyanarayana from Hyderabad came first clocking total lap time of 14:34.597), Amala Jerald from Chennai came second with total lap time of 14:39.573 and Aditya Rao Immaneni from Bengaluru finished third with total lap time of 14:39.843.
Support Race (Girls) -
The race comprised of 5 laps in which Ryhana Bee A from Chennai bagged pole position with a total lap time of 07:47.567; Shruthi N, who comes from Chennai, secured second position with total lap time of 07:48.333, and Kalyani Potekar from Madhya Pradesh finished third recording a total lap time of 08:40.809.
Apache RTR 200 Open -
Race 1 comprised of 10 laps where Yashas RL from Bengaluru gunned the pole position with a total lap time of 14:24.644), Prabhu V from Chennai secured second position with a total lap time of 14:28.944) while Yuvraj S from Chennai finished last with a total lap time of 14:30.745.
In race 2, Sivanesan S from Chennai completed first with total lap time of 14:24.914, Prabhu V fro. Chennai secured second position with total lap time of 14:28.005 while Kamran Dubash from Panchgani finished third with a total lap time of 14:43.268.
Apache RTR 200 Novice -
The race comprised of 6 laps where Peddu Sri Harsha from Chennai bagged pole position with total lap time of 09:4.222; Shankar Guru A from Chennai secured second position with total lap time of 09:10.164) and Alexander AS from Chennai with total lap time of 09:12.848 finished third.
