Royal Enfield will launch this new parallel-twin cylinder motorcycle at the biggest motorcycle show in the world at the 2017 edition of EICMA in Milan, Italy. The unveil at EICMA makes great sense as the new twin-cylinder motorcycle is a global product from Royal Enfield and what better place than EICMA to get the attention of two-wheeler enthusiasts from all over the world.
The engine is likely to be a parallel-twin motor with a displacement between 600-750cc and power figures of around 45PS and 60Nm of peak torque. The engine is expected to be mated to a 5-speed gearbox. It is also rumoured that the engine will have a 270-degree firing order for a good balance between refinement and power delivery. The engine will also get fuel-injection system to make the bike compatible to Euro 4 emission norms.
