The Royal Enfield Himalayan has been rendered by Oberdan Bezzi, the Italian automotive designing specialist, as a scrambler. The bike gets a more modern look than the stock off-roader. It is just an unofficial rendering. The Royal Enfield Himalayan Cobra gets a new fuel tank design, custom exhaust, new handlebar and front fender. The tyres in the render are stubby. The frame and powertrain remain the same as the standard version.
Powering the Royal Enfield Himalayan is a new 411 cc SOHC mill which is coupled to a 5-speed gearbox. The engine, in its stock form, is capable of producing 24.5 bhp of maximum power at 6,500 rpm and 32 Nm of torque which peaks in the range of 4,000 to 4,500 rpm. The fuel-air mixture is controlled by a carburettor.
